The item up for sale looks to be new old stock
SWEETHEART BRACELET & PHOTO LOCKET 1942 Phoenix Speidel 1/20-10kt G.F.
. The inside label reads all precious metal 1/20-10KT. G.F. on sterling. This item look to be new old stock. I don't see any wear on the the bracelet or necklace but only discoloring from age. The box is in nice shape to with some lite discoloring to inside fabric. I have not polish anything I leave it up to the buyer.
